  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into a pie pan and bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together milk, sugar, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt. Stir constantly until thickened (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla extract. Let cool slightly before folding in banana slices.
  4. Pour half the custard into the cooled crust, layer with banana slices, then pour remaining custard on top.
  5. Whip heavy cream until fluffy; spread over the pie. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
