  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Steam the broccoli until bright green and slightly crisp, then set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix steamed broccoli with cream of mushroom soup, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour into the greased baking dish, sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top followed by panko breadcrumbs.
