- 24 oz frozen pierogi (your choice)
- 14 oz kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 cup full-fat sour cream
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spray the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the kielbasa for about 5 minutes. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
- Layer half of the frozen pierogi in the bottom of the slow cooker. Top with half of the kielbasa and onion mixture.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread half over the layered pierogi.
- Repeat layering with remaining pierogi and sausage mixture. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until bubbly.
