  • 2 apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), cored and chopped
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • ΒΌ cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh-squeezed)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions
