Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour (sifted)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.

  4. Stir in chocolate chips for extra gooeyness before pouring the batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. Once cooled, top each brownie square with candy eyeballs before cutting them into pieces.
