  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • Β½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 green onions (for garnish)
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Cut salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Set up a dredging station with flour mixed with cornstarch in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and seasoned panko breadcrumbs in the last.
  3. Dip each salmon piece first into the flour mixture, then eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  5. Fry the coated salmon bites for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, and honey in a bowl to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  7. Serve bites drizzled or alongside the sauce for dipping.
