 - 1 tbsp honey
 - 2 green onions (for garnish)
 - Vegetable oil (for frying)
 
Instructions
- Cut salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
 - Set up a dredging station with flour mixed with cornstarch in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and seasoned panko breadcrumbs in the last.
 - Dip each salmon piece first into the flour mixture, then eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
 - Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
 - Fry the coated salmon bites for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
 - Mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, and honey in a bowl to create the Bang Bang sauce.
