  • 1 cup apple cider (fresh-pressed)
  • 2 tsp coarse sea salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the pork belly dry with paper towels to ensure crispiness.

  4. Pour apple cider into a roasting pan until it just covers the bottom.
