  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Peel and devein the shrimp. Rinse under cold water and pat dry.
  2. In a large bowl, combine green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, and panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Chop shrimp into small pieces and fold into the mixture until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  6. Fry the shrimp balls in batches until golden brown and crispy.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix sweet chili sauce with rice vinegar and sesame oil for dipping.
