Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust (9-inch)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). If using a store-bought crust, place it on a baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold half into the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Melt chocolate chips over low heat until smooth. Let cool slightly, then fold into the remaining whipped cream.
  5. Combine half of the chocolate mixture with the peanut butter filling and layer it into the pie crust. Top with remaining chocolate mixture.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set fully. Garnish with whipped cream or chocolate shavings before serving.
