 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - ¼ cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch square baking pan.

 - In another bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, granulated sugar, and salt.
 - Stir eggs into the melted chocolate mixture one at a time, then add vanilla.
 - Gently fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture and pour into the prepared pan.
 - Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set; cool completely before adding mousse.
 - Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; melt dark chocolate and fold into whipped cream with powdered sugar.
