 - In another bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add cream cheese, then mix in eggs one at a time and vanilla extract.
 - Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until just mixed.
 - Scoop dough into balls, roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture, and place on baking sheets.
 - Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges turn golden but centers remain soft.
