  • Blackening seasoning
  • Fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather and chop garlic; pat chicken dry.
  2. Season chicken with blackening seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear chicken for 7-8 minutes per side until golden brown; remove and let rest.
  4. SautΓ© garlic in the same skillet for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  6. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and reserve some water.
  7. Slice rested chicken; add to the skillet with pasta and toss to coat.
