- 4 cups fresh romaine lettuce, chopped

- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through (internal temp of 165°F).
- While chicken cooks, wash and chop romaine lettuce.
