  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray or olive oil.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, crushed garlic, Dijon mustard, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Marinate chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish with half the glaze for at least 30 minutes (overnight for best flavor).
  4. Place marinated chicken in the baking dish and drizzle with remaining glaze. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165Β°F (74Β°C) and chicken is golden brown.
