- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh thyme or rosemary, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray or olive oil.
- In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, crushed garlic, Dijon mustard, and black pepper until smooth.
- Marinate chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish with half the glaze for at least 30 minutes (overnight for best flavor).
