  • 23 tbsp orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and orange zest.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix melted butter, orange juice, and eggs.
  4. Combine Mixtures: Gradually add wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the cranberries.
  5. Bake: Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Make the Glaze: Mix powdered sugar, orange juice, and zest until smooth.
  7. Glaze the Bread: Let the bread cool, then drizzle with the orange glaze.
