  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, seasonings, and frozen peas; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Drain potatoes, mash with butter and milk until creamy; season to taste.
  6. Layer meat mixture in a baking dish, top with mashed potatoes, creating peaks.
  7. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
