Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, mashed
- 1 cup fresh blueberries, mashed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press into a lined 9×9-inch baking pan.
- Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Add sugar, sour cream, and vanilla; mix until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time on low speed until just incorporated.
- Divide half the mixture into another bowl; gently fold in mashed berries.
- Pour half of the plain mixture over the crust, dollop berry mixture on top, then add remaining plain mixture. Swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least two hours.
