  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by mincing garlic and chopping herbs.
  2. Cook the orzo in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
