- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor or zip-lock bag until finely ground.
- Mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well combined and smooth.
- Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth, stirring between intervals.
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate, shake off excess, and return to the tray.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until firm.
