Description

Oreo Balls are a delicious no-bake treat made with crushed Oreos and cream cheese, coated in rich chocolate. Perfect for parties or an indulgent snack!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles or crushed nuts for decoration (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor or zip-lock bag until finely ground.
  2. Mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well combined and smooth.
  3. Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth, stirring between intervals.
  5. Dip each ball into melted chocolate, shake off excess, and return to the tray.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until firm.
