Instructions

  1. Slice flank steak against the grain into thin strips.
  2. Cut bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  4. Toss sliced steak in the marinade and let sit for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté bell peppers and onions until tender-crisp (3-4 minutes).
  6. Push vegetables aside and add marinated beef; cook until browned (3-5 minutes).
