Description

Creamy Asiago Chicken is a comforting dish featuring succulent chicken breasts in a rich, cheesy asiago sauce. Perfect for family dinners or special occasions, it’s easy to prepare and full of flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated asiago cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper. Brown in the skillet for about 5 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth until well combined.
  4. Add grated asiago cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until smooth. Return chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over it.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
