- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add seasoned chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides (6-7 minutes each).
- Remove chicken from the skillet; sautΓ© minced garlic until fragrant. Add halved cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
- Pour in heavy cream while stirring continuously; gradually add grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- Slice cooked chicken, return it to the skillet with drained pasta, and toss everything together until coated in the creamy sauce.
- Serve hot with an extra sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
