  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add seasoned chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides (6-7 minutes each).
  2. Remove chicken from the skillet; sautΓ© minced garlic until fragrant. Add halved cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
  3. Pour in heavy cream while stirring continuously; gradually add grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  5. Slice cooked chicken, return it to the skillet with drained pasta, and toss everything together until coated in the creamy sauce.
  6. Serve hot with an extra sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
