  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, torn
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot. Add fettuccine and cook until al dente according to package instructions (about 8-10 minutes).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until golden.
