  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken in the bottom of the crockpot.

  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours until fully cooked.
  5. Shred the chicken in the pot with two forks and mix it with the sauce before serving.
