Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Sauté sliced onions in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown (10-15 minutes).
- Add ground beef; cook until browned (5-7 minutes), seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Stir in uncooked rice, garlic powder, and thyme until well coated. Mix in beef broth and cream of mushroom soup.
