Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
