Instructions

  1. Chop onion and mince garlic. Rinse rice under cold water until clear.
  2. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode; add oil and sauté onions until translucent. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper; brown each side for about 3 minutes.
