Description

Indulge in the luxury of Easy Lobster Tails, featuring tender and sweet meat perfect for dipping in rich garlic butter. This elegant dish is quick to prepare, making it a stunning centerpiece for any occasion—from celebrations to weeknight dinners. With a few simple ingredients and straightforward steps, you can impress your guests with restaurant-quality flavor right at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 fresh lobster tails (68 ounces each)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Thaw frozen lobster tails overnight in the refrigerator if needed. Preheat your oven broiler to high (about 500°F or 260°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut down the length of each lobster shell without cutting too deep.
  3. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt butter and mix in garlic powder; keep warm.
  4. Season exposed lobster meat with salt, pepper, paprika, and drizzle with lemon juice.
  5. Broil lobster tails on the baking sheet for 8-10 minutes until opaque and slightly browned.
  6. Drizzle with melted butter before serving and add lemon wedges on the side.
