Description

Stovetop Creamy Ground Beef Pasta is a delightful one-pot meal that combines savory beef, tender pasta, and a rich creamy sauce, ready in just 30 minutes for quick family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups beef broth or water

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, drizzle olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent (about 5 minutes).
  2. Add minced garlic and ground beef; cook for 6-8 minutes until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, ensuring the meat is well coated.
  4. Stir in uncooked pasta and broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until the pasta is tender.
  5. Lower the heat further and mix in heavy cream and grated Parmesan until melted and creamy.
  6. Serve warm with extra Parmesan on top.
