  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 8 slices crispy bacon
  • 4 cups fresh greens (lettuce or spinach)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill for about 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  2. While the chicken cooks, mix pesto sauce in a bowl; add extra herbs if desired.
  3. Cook bacon slices in a skillet until crispy (about 5–7 minutes) and drain excess grease on paper towels.
  4. Lay fresh greens flat on a clean surface. Slice cooked chicken into strips and layer with avocado slices, crispy bacon pieces, halved cherry tomatoes, and drizzle with pesto.
  5. Fold in the sides of the greens over the filling tightly and roll from one end to another. Cut each wrap diagonally to serve.
