Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse and trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts, then cut them in half.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and balsamic vinegar. Toss until well-coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned sprouts in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
