- 1 lb pork shoulder
- 8 slider rolls
- 4 oz Swiss cheese (sliced)
- 1 cup dill pickles (sliced)
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Season the pork shoulder with salt and the seasoning blend (cumin, garlic powder, paprika). Place in a slow cooker on low for 8 hours until fork-tender.
- Shred the cooked pork with two forks and set aside.
- Halve the slider rolls while keeping them attached on one side.
- Layer shredded pork, dill pickles, and Swiss cheese on each roll bottom. Add mustard to taste before placing the tops back on.
- Brush melted butter over the tops of the sliders.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
