Description

Cuban sliders are delightful mini sandwiches bursting with flavor. With juicy pulled pork, creamy Swiss cheese, and tangy pickles nestled in soft slider rolls, each bite is a taste of Cuban cuisine that’s perfect for gatherings or cozy nights. These easy-to-make sliders are sure to impress your guests and leave them wanting more!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork shoulder
  • 8 slider rolls
  • 4 oz Swiss cheese (sliced)
  • 1 cup dill pickles (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the pork shoulder with salt and the seasoning blend (cumin, garlic powder, paprika). Place in a slow cooker on low for 8 hours until fork-tender.
  2. Shred the cooked pork with two forks and set aside.
  3. Halve the slider rolls while keeping them attached on one side.
  4. Layer shredded pork, dill pickles, and Swiss cheese on each roll bottom. Add mustard to taste before placing the tops back on.
  5. Brush melted butter over the tops of the sliders.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
