Description

  • 1 box (15.25 oz) chocolate cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 20 Oreos (crushed)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. Fold in half of the crushed Oreos.
  4. Pour half of the chocolate batter into the prepared dish, spread the cream cheese mixture on top, then layer with the remaining chocolate batter.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean with some gooey chocolate bits. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
