- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 20 Oreos (crushed)
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil until smooth.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. Fold in half of the crushed Oreos.
- Pour half of the chocolate batter into the prepared dish, spread the cream cheese mixture on top, then layer with the remaining chocolate batter.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean with some gooey chocolate bits. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
