  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (divided)
  • 8 oz fresh mushrooms (sliced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  3. Add minced garlic and chopped rosemary to the skillet; sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Drizzle in honey and add remaining butter; stir until melted and combined.
  5. Toss the drained pasta into the skillet, adding reserved pasta water as needed to create a smooth sauce.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra rosemary if desired.
