  • 3 medium Granny Smith apples, diced

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. 2. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add granulated sugar and sour cream; mix until creamy.
