  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon zest (from about 2 lemons)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz melting chocolate (dark or milk)
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Gradually add the powdered sugar while mixing until well combined.
  2. Mix in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
