  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Asiago cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lb gnocchi (store-bought)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach or kale (optional)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  4. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions; drain when they float. Add cooked gnocchi and diced chicken to the sauce.
