  • 4 oz goat cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg + 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)

  5. Twist each strip gently several times and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Brush each twist with an egg wash made from whisking together the egg and water.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
