Fluffy, golden delights that transform any morning into a special occasion. Perfect for brunch gatherings or cozy mornings, these rolls are easy to make and pair beautifully with butter, jam, or savory fillings. With their soft, buttery interior and inviting aroma, they promise to create unforgettable memories around the breakfast table.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
  • 1 cup warm milk (110°F)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)

Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast by combining warm milk, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Let it sit until frothy (5-10 minutes).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Create a well in the center.
  3. Add melted butter, eggs, and the yeast mixture to the well. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
  4. Knead on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Punch down the dough and divide it into equal portions. Shape into small balls.
  7. Arrange rolls on a greased baking sheet; cover with cloth and let them rise for another 30-45 minutes.
  8. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
