  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 green onions (sliced)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large pot, boil the chicken breasts in salted water until cooked through (about 15 minutes). Shred the chicken once cooled.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with cream cheese and Buffalo sauce until well combined.
  4. Layer half of the chicken mixture in the baking dish, followed by half of the cheddar cheese. Add the remaining chicken mixture on top.
  5. Finish with the rest of the cheddar cheese and sprinkle panko breadcrumbs mixed with olive oil over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
