  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb snow or king crab legs (pre-cooked)
  • 2 ears fresh corn on the cob, halved
  • 1 lb baby red potatoes, cleaned
  • 3 tbsp Cajun seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the shrimp under cold water and check for shells. Halve the corn and scrub the potatoes.
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add potatoes and cook until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Add corn and Cajun seasoning; cook for an additional 10 minutes until softened.
  4. Introduce crab legs to the pot; heat for 5 minutes. Then add shrimp and cook until pink.
  5. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in garlic and remaining Cajun seasoning; cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Drain excess water from the pot. Pour garlic butter sauce over the seafood mixture and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top.
  7. Serve immediately with napkins at hand!
