- 1 lb snow or king crab legs (pre-cooked)
- 2 ears fresh corn on the cob, halved
- 1 lb baby red potatoes, cleaned
- 3 tbsp Cajun seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the shrimp under cold water and check for shells. Halve the corn and scrub the potatoes.
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add potatoes and cook until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Add corn and Cajun seasoning; cook for an additional 10 minutes until softened.
- Introduce crab legs to the pot; heat for 5 minutes. Then add shrimp and cook until pink.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in garlic and remaining Cajun seasoning; cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Drain excess water from the pot. Pour garlic butter sauce over the seafood mixture and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top.
- Serve immediately with napkins at hand!
