  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (divided)
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups fresh apples, diced (preferably Granny Smith)
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar until moist. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining sugar, sour cream, eggs, and cinnamon; mix until creamy.
  4. Fold in diced apples and pour the mixture over the crust. Smooth with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before drizzling with caramel sauce.
