- 1/4 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar until moist. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining sugar, sour cream, eggs, and cinnamon; mix until creamy.
- Fold in diced apples and pour the mixture over the crust. Smooth with a spatula.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before drizzling with caramel sauce.
