  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 2 cups fresh Granny Smith apples, diced
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¾ cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Bake crust for 10 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar and sour cream until creamy. Mix in eggs one at a time.
  4. Fold in diced apples and cinnamon gently.
  5. Pour filling over cooled crust and smooth it out.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set; center should be slightly jiggly. Turn off oven and let cool inside for an hour.
  7. Chill in the fridge before serving, drizzled with caramel sauce.
