  • 12 oven-ready lasagna noodles
  • 3 cups cooked, shredded boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms (button or cremini)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 3 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté chicken seasoned with salt and pepper until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add more oil if needed; sauté mushrooms until golden brown. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, spread some Alfredo sauce on the bottom. Layer noodles, chicken, mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, and more sauce; repeat layers.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top, and bake uncovered for an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Let cool slightly before slicing to maintain layers.
