  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks

Instructions

  6. While the chicken simmers, boil the Yukon Gold potatoes until fork-tender (about 15 minutes). Drain and mash with butter, cream, salt, and pepper until creamy.
