Instructions
- Slice flank steak into thin strips against the grain. Chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Add beef strips and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Stir-fry marinated beef in batches until browned (3-4 minutes).
- Add broccoli and a splash of water; cover to steam for about 2-3 minutes until bright green.
- Pour remaining marinade over the mixture; stir continuously until the sauce thickens (about 2 minutes).
