  • 1 sleeve Saltine crackers (about 40 crackers)
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (for dusting)
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter with brown sugar, stirring until bubbling (3-5 minutes).
  3. Place Saltine crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet and pour the toffee mixture evenly over them.
