  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 3/4 cup raspberry jam (high-quality)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).
  2. Gradually add flour and almond extract; mix until combined into a soft dough.

  5. Place larger hearts on parchment-lined baking sheets, spoon raspberry jam onto each, and top with smaller hearts.
