			- 1 box chocolate cake mix
 - 20 Oreos (crushed, plus extra for topping)
 - 2 cups vanilla ice cream (softened)
 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
 - 2 tbsp sugar
 - 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two round cake pans.
 - Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.
 - Crush 20 Oreos into fine crumbs; set aside half for decoration.
 - Place one layer of cooled cake on a serving plate. Spread half of the softened vanilla ice cream over it, then add half of the crushed Oreos.
 - Add the second layer of cake on top, repeating with remaining ice cream and Oreos.
 - Beat heavy whipping cream with sugar until stiff peaks form and spread it over the top and sides of the cake.
 - Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with reserved Oreo crumbs.
 - Freeze for at least four hours before serving.
