Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 20 Oreos (crushed, plus extra for topping)
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream (softened)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two round cake pans.
  2. Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.
  3. Crush 20 Oreos into fine crumbs; set aside half for decoration.
  4. Place one layer of cooled cake on a serving plate. Spread half of the softened vanilla ice cream over it, then add half of the crushed Oreos.
  5. Add the second layer of cake on top, repeating with remaining ice cream and Oreos.
  6. Beat heavy whipping cream with sugar until stiff peaks form and spread it over the top and sides of the cake.
  7. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with reserved Oreo crumbs.
  8. Freeze for at least four hours before serving.
