  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste or freshly grated ginger

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on your counter.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
  4. Place the chicken in the crockpot and pour the sauce over it.
